Media Account Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for complex stakeholder environments and high-level partnerships
• Act as the resolution point for critical account issues and conflict mediation
• Identify organic growth opportunities and lead new business pitches
• Manage financial health of the portfolio, including budgeting, pricing models, and profitability
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and strategic resource allocation
• Mentor and develop a team of Account Managers
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to deliver actionable business insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a media agency environment
• Proven experience in sales or account management
• Experience building complex agency proposals and resource-based pricing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience managing media clients (Retail Media, Amazon, and Marketplaces preferred)
• Experience managing accounts with $5M+ annual media spend
• Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI
• Business fluency in English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Advertising, Pacvue, or Amalytix
• Proven leadership experience
