Medewerker Logistiek Plus

Responsibilities

• Handle orders and goods flows
• Monitor stock, backorders, and logistical processes
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods as necessary
• Ensure smooth communication between Customer Support, logistics, and carriers
• Act as the link between the Customer Support department and the customer

Requirements

• MBO Plus level of thinking and working
• Several years of experience in logistical processes and a customer-oriented role
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of order and administrative processes
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (oral and written)
• Accuracy and the ability to maintain overview
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in logistics, healthcare, medical industry, or sterilization processes is a plus
