Responsibilities

• Perform autonomous preventive, medical, and standard surgical acts for a general veterinary practice
• Manage the operational direction and team of the clinic
• Act as the medical leader for the clinic's organization, development, and client relations
• Collaborate with the Group CEO on financial and managerial matters
• Work with the Medical Director for professional training and medical development
• Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in feline/canine medicine
• Interest in managerial and entrepreneurial projects
• Strong technical veterinary skills to serve as medical authority
• Experience in team management and decision-making
• Fluency in French and German
