DIGG Pizza is a fast-growing fast-casual chain in Norway, combining restaurant quality with fast-food efficiency. Since 2020, they have expanded rapidly and are currently building their presence in Trondheim.

Responsibilities

As a Medarbeider (Team Member):

• Food production and preparation
• Customer service and handling
• Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards

As a Skiftleder (Shift Leader):

• Coordinating personnel, equipment, and products
• Maintaining quality, service, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Service-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with routine tasks
• Independent, structured, and a strong team player
• High work ethic
• For Shift Leaders: Experience in sales, service, or restaurant environments is preferred
