Med-Tech Industrialization Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of the MedTech product portfolio by developing manufacturing processes that meet technical specifications and economic targets
• Drive the industrialization of new products, including process qualification (IOQ/OQ/PQ), tooling development, and support for CE/FDA/NMPA registration
• Manage product sustaining and improvement initiatives to enhance costs, reliability, and performance based on R&D and Sourcing requests
• Oversee industrial project management, including product transfers to new sites, automation projects, and capacity expansion
• Promote a lean manufacturing culture through site benchmarking and best practice sharing
• Lead and develop a team of engineers to support the growing MedTech domain

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial management
• Significant experience in medical device manufacturing or industrialization
• Hands-on experience with mechatronics systems
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is preferred
• Ability to travel frequently to R&D and manufacturing sites across France, Europe, North America, and China
