Mechatronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational readiness of production facilities and reduce machine downtime
• Focus on conveyor technology and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
• Create maintenance plans for conveyor systems and monitor maintenance intervals
• Perform independent technical support for process plants within the plant technology area
• Execute complex repairs and document them, including failure analysis in the repair database
• Conduct error analysis and troubleshooting in electrical and sensory environments
• Implement complex maintenance activities and improve safety equipment
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse process optimizer

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a Mechatronics Technician
• Knowledge of planned maintenance (PM)
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• A self-reliant and structured way of working
