Mechatronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical availability of partially and fully automated production systems for battery manufacturing
• Analyze and resolve faults in electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Perform independent inspections, maintenance, and repair work on technical machinery
• Adjust machine controls, correct processing programs, and conduct test runs
• Optimize plant components, specifically monitoring technology like camera systems and sensors
• Perform mechanical and electrical work to manufacture spare parts
• Document complex changes and repairs

Requirements

• Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician or Automation Technician
• Professional experience in maintenance of automated production systems
• Profound knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Experience with PLC technology (TIA Portal)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding
