Mechatronic Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Support automated production lines to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Monitor equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and efficiency
• Prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis activities to improve system performance

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation
• Knowledge of Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU
• Proficiency in English
• Availability to work shifts
• Familiarity with CMMS tools such as MaintainX

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Willingness to join the First Aid and Fire Safety response team
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
