Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and assembly work on industrial plants, machines, and equipment
• Support high safety, quality, and environmental standards within the facility
• Contribute technical expertise to preventive maintenance to increase plant productivity
• Manufacture and process welding and sheet metal constructions
• Operate machining tools for individual component production
• Optimize plants, machines, and processes to support sustainability goals
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support revisions and plant shutdowns

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the field of mechanics
• Professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
• Proficiency in welding and sheet metal construction
• Ability to operate machining tools for precision work
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive service-oriented mindset
• Commitment to safety and interest in production technology
• Ability to work independently and follow structured maintenance processes
