Indie Campers is the go-to campervan marketplace on a mission to make road trips available to everyone. Through a digital approach and customer-centric orientation, they offer a wide array of road trip possibilities including short-term rentals, long-term subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections and diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system problems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes
• Execute light bodywork repairs and spare parts replacement
• Troubleshoot and repair campervan appliances
• Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
• Maintain updated vehicle information systems and spare parts inventory
• Manage depot organization, equipment, and cleanliness
• Assist with daily depot operations including vehicle preparation and customer check-ins/outs

Requirements

• Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar automotive programs
• At least 5 years of proven experience in hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Valid driver's licence with confidence driving campervans
• Eligibility to work in Germany
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with campervans
• Fluency in German
