Mechanical/Electronic UAV Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble UAV components using sheet metal, composites, electronics, and plastics
• Mount, integrate, and install mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems according to engineering plans
• Participate in the integration of electronic and communication systems
• Perform autonomous quality checks and functional testing
• Execute calibration procedures for mechanical and electronic systems
• Support diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic issues
• Maintain technical documentation for manufacturing, testing, and quality inspections
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements

• Vocational training in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Electricity, or related technical fields
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial production, assembly, or testing
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, wiring, and schematic reading
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Attention to detail and precision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or electronics technician roles
• Experience with system validation or integration stations
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, or communication protocols
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
• Experience working in environments combining hardware, electronics, and software
• Technical English skills
