Mechanical Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop personnel to ensure timely and high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance services.
• Follow up on maintenance schedules provided by the preventive planner to optimize response times for route service reports.
• Assign daily activities to staff to maintain operational control and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage material requirements by making reservations for preventive and corrective services and requesting direct purchase spare parts.
• Verify the quality of requested materials and supervise the proper use of tools and safety equipment by mechanics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance, team coordination, and business operations.
