Mechanical Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop personnel to ensure timely and high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicle units.
• Follow up on maintenance schedules provided by the preventive planner to optimize response times for service calls in route.
• Assign daily activities to team members to maintain operational control and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage material requirements by reserving parts for services and requesting direct purchase orders for spare parts.
• Oversee the proper use of tools and safety equipment by mechanics to maintain workshop standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Advanced skills in team coordination and personnel management.
• Advanced understanding of business operations within a workshop environment.
