Mechanical Works Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical works regarding quality and safety in nuclear zones
• Draft specifications for fabrication, works, assembly, and testing based on preliminary studies
• Organize and lead site follow-up and interface meetings
• Monitor work progress, milestones, and surveillance plans
• Participate in prevention plans and manage work authorizations
• Validate technical documents and supplier deliverables
• Manage technical interfaces and prepare intervention documents with the operator
• Ensure compliance with technical prescriptions and safety/environmental procedures
• Provide reporting to clients and management
• Conduct site safety visits and manage supplier deviations
• Compile final dossiers

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in industrial maintenance, systems maintenance, or engineering assistant (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a constrained environment (Nuclear sector)
• Solid experience in coordinating multi-trade companies in co-activity
• Knowledge of constraints related to AIP and EIP (INB decree of February 7, 2012)
• PR1-CC certification
• Proficiency in office, planning, and study software tools
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
