Mechanical Work Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor and internal team work on-site
• Monitor daily progress and write daily site reports
• Control quality and compliance of work according to plans and procedures
• Sign and verify control and reception reports with suppliers and manufacturers
• Make operational decisions regarding modifications to operating methods
• Manage coactivity situations and resolve technical problems on-site
• Track waiting hours and other operational findings
• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate with the business manager

Requirements

• Significant experience in mechanical work supervision, industrial assembly, or process line work
• Technical skills in mechanics
• Ability to make autonomous decisions and manage complex field situations
• Strong writing skills for reporting and site reports
• Organizational skills, rigor, and reactivity
