Mechanical Testing Operator/Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical testing of resin film adhesives
• Prepare and test mechanical test specimens to ensure quality standards
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and adhere to all company policies
• Liaise with various business areas to meet operational demands
• Participate in company initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Experience using mechanical test equipment and specimen preparation (preferred)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, ideally within similar industrial environments
• Proficiency with PC and software-based processes
• Knowledge of LIMS, SAP, or similar systems (preferred)
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift pattern
