Mechanical Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Join the friction materials validation team to ensure validation planning for product content and timing
• Prepare bench tests and ensure strict fulfillment of all test procedures
• Mount and dismantle brake systems for testing purposes
• Perform precise measurements of test samples, including brake pads, discs, and shoes
• Report test results utilizing appropriate tools and equipment
• Conduct maintenance activities for testing machines and facilities
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and support engineering project tasks

Requirements

• Vocational Training (FP) in mechanical or automotive fields
• Experience with automotive components and systems, specifically braking, is preferred
• Knowledge in the electronic and electric fields to support testing operations
• Proficiency with PC software and Ophimatics
• Valid driving license
• Fluent Spanish and basic English communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
