Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, pumps, exhaust fans, cooling towers, and hydraulic systems
• Monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to failures or operational risks
• Support infrastructure improvement and expansion projects in critical environments
• Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance records
• Interact with engineering teams, operations, and specialized suppliers

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Refrigeration, or related fields
• Proven experience in mechanical system maintenance in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, etc.)
• Knowledge of industrial air conditioning, hydraulics, and automation systems
• Familiarity with standards such as NR10, NR12, NR35 and maintenance best practices
• Availability to work on a shift or on-call basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or building automation
• Experience with redundant systems and remote monitoring
