Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on concrete dosing lines and critical plant equipment, including mills, crushers, conveyors, and rotary kilns.
• Perform disassembly, repair, assembly, and alignment of components such as bearings, reducers, couplings, shafts, and pulleys.
• Provide emergency plant support and ensure equipment is tested and operational before handover.
• Participate in root cause analysis for repetitive failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts requests and technical reporting for executed works.
• Maintain power generators and perform electromechanical assembly tasks.
• Ensure the operability of pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components.

Requirements

• Technical degree in mechanics, industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or industrial electrotechnics (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven knowledge in the assembly and disassembly of gearboxes, belts, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical elevators.
• Hands-on experience with electric arc welding.
