Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all technical plumbing issues
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and related equipment within airport facilities
• Provide first-level technical assistance during system failures
• Liaise with the Airport’s Engineer for scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc interventions
• Inspect and diagnose plumbing problems to determine appropriate courses of action
• Implement safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, or property damage
• Advise on design changes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Provide input for CMMS data assignments
• Adhere to company procedures, quality policies, and industry safety standards

Requirements

• Degree from a Technical Educational Institute or Technical School in a relevant field
• Minimum five years of experience in mechanical repairs and construction, preferably in large-scale installations
• Computer literacy
• Fluency in Greek (oral and written)
• Basic knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work with high accuracy and precision without close supervision
