Mechanical Technical Lead – Aeronautics

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aeronautical mechanisms such as hinges, opening/closing systems, and locking devices
• Perform kinematic studies to analyze and simulate the movement of mechanical assemblies
• Collaborate with structural calculation teams to ensure robustness and reliability
• Integrate industrial, certification, and safety constraints into the design
• Write technical documentation and participate in design reviews
• Propose optimizations for mechanical systems and product innovation

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanics, mechanical design, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in aeronautical mechanism design
• Proficiency in 3D mechanical design and CAD tools
• Deep knowledge of kinematics and dynamics of mechanisms
• Experience with aeronautical structures such as fuselage and door frames
• Mastery of CATIA, specifically the Kinematik module
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards and associated constraints
• Technical English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
