Mechanical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and boilermaking works
• Establish schedules and prepare necessary equipment for interventions
• Welcome assigned personnel and provide safety induction at the workstation
• Monitor interventions regarding deadlines, quality, and safety
• Act as the direct daily interface for the client and provide regular reporting on maintenance progress
• Perform maintenance work
• Serve as the technical referent
• Manage on-site relations with project owners

Requirements

• Technical background/training
• Proficiency in mechanical and boilermaking interventions
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Team spirit and ability to lead, support, and communicate
