Mechanical Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot the development and integration of train mechanical equipment based on functional requirements
• Monitor and respect the V-cycle in product development
• Participate in and lead technical meetings with suppliers and internal clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative items
• Support suppliers during the product validation phase (functional tests, certifications, etc.)
• Validate the compliance of supplier deliverables
• Participate in modification committee meetings
• Interface with other international project teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's level (Bac+5) specializing in mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in railway mechanical integration
• Knowledge of mechanical design and system integration
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
• Knowledge of PLM tools is a plus
• Knowledge of railway sector standards and norms
• Fluent English for technical and operational exchanges
