Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring all safety standards are strictly respected
• Ensure the fulfillment of project quality and contractual requirements
• Verify the availability of drawings and materials to plan efficient execution by subcontractors or direct personnel
• Supervise the execution of mechanical works and structures, ensuring proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Verify that works are carried out according to project specifications and highlight any engineering problems encountered in the field
• Provide quantitative data for weekly progress reports and monitor manpower usage
• Liaise with Subcontractor Mechanical supervisors to monitor work progress and inform the client of construction plant progress

Requirements

• 10 years of mechanical experience in Energy or Manufacturing construction/commissioning sites
• Proficiency in Swedish (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
• Strong technical skills in drawing interpretation and assembly sequences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
