About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise piping fabrication, installation, erection, modification, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate daily activities of pipe fitters, welders, fabricators, riggers, and helpers
- Review isometric drawings, P&IDs, spool drawings, and construction specifications
- Monitor pipe routing, alignment, support installation, and tie-in activities
- Coordinate hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, and client specifications
- Monitor welding activities according to approved WPS/PQR requirements
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and permit-to-work requirements
- Track daily progress, manpower productivity, and material consumption
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in piping construction, fabrication, and installation
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, GRE, and HDPE piping systems
- Ability to work on-site at ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi
- Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours
