- Oversee and manage rotatory equipment maintenance activities at the plant
- Ensure efficient maintenance operations and minimize downtime
- Maintain safety and quality standards during maintenance tasks
- Manage and coordinate maintenance teams effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical supervision with a focus on rotatory maintenance
- Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes, and motors
- Experience in oil & gas, power, chemical, or similar plant environments
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of rotatory equipment
- Ability to read P&ID, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with dial gauges, laser alignment tools, feeler gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with mechanical maintenance safety regulations
- Ability to work under a short-term 25-day contract
