Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to ensure functional and operational efficiency through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage team performance based on KPIs including Safety, Morale, Productivity, and Cost.
• Oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance, including incident investigations and the correction of unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.
• Drive productivity by performing equipment failure analysis to prevent recurrence and meet plant OEE objectives.
• Manage maintenance budgets and implement cost-reduction programs.
• Optimize the use of contractor personnel for maintenance tasks.
• Foster effective communication and provide regular performance feedback and training for direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar supervisory roles.
• 80% proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Expertise in predictive maintenance techniques and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery (centrifugal pumps, compressors, and speed reducers).
• Strong knowledge of stationary equipment (atmospheric tanks, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers).
