Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise mechanical works on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety, environment, schedules, and technical specifications
• Coordinate work performed by specialized contractors
• Manage risk analyses and prevention plans
• Lead site meetings and draft reports
• Monitor material supplies and approvals
• Act as the primary site contact for contractors and clients
• Track costs, schedules, and modifications
• Validate work conformity and manage non-conformities and punch lists
• Participate in HSE objective achievement through audits and safety talks

Requirements

• Bac to Bac +2 degree in mechanics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the steel industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with MS Project or ERP systems like SAP is a plus
