Mechanical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mechanical activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of works
• Monitor installation of HVAC systems, plumbing works, firefighting systems, and other mechanical equipment
• Ensure work progress is in line with project timelines and milestones
• Review and verify mechanical drawings before execution
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage at the site
• Maintain proper documentation of daily site activities, manpower, and material usage
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, and ELV for smooth integration
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical systems

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
• 3–7 years of experience in mechanical works for high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
• Knowledge of site safety regulations
