Mechanical Site Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical and general mechanical installation activities on-site for airport system projects.
• Manage contractors and workers to ensure high-quality work and strict compliance with safety regulations and project scopes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to provide regular oral and written progress reports and documentation.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and subcontractors as the primary on-site representative.
• Review mechanical and electrical drawing packages, including line diagrams, to ensure accurate equipment layout.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve system failures.
• Manage site logistics, including material handling, inventory, and sourcing cost-effective solutions.
• Support the startup and commissioning of equipment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Electro/Mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, electrical drawings, and electrical line diagrams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• First Aid / CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work in various physical environments, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating uneven surfaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to domestic and international sites following the initial project.
