Mechanical Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and technicians
• Develop organizational structures and ensure employee skill development
• Establish managerial and technical steering rituals and define KPIs
• Supervise mechanical design activities including product architecture, sizing (RDM, fatigue, thermal), and material selection
• Implement design standards, CAD best practices, and structured processes (PDR/CDR, validation & verification)
• Drive cost reduction and ensure technical quality
• Define the business roadmap, including key technological blocks and innovation axes
• Identify technical bottlenecks and risk mitigation plans
• Structure tools and methods including CAD/PLM, numerical simulation, and document management

Requirements

• Engineering degree with a focus on mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in CAD tools, ideally TopSolid
• Strong skills in mechanical pre-sizing and sizing
• Solid knowledge of project management processes
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional English level (minimum B2)
