About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead customer escalations and technical resolution for AI platform Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize liquid cooling infrastructure including cold plates, manifolds, and CDUs
- Drive reliability through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing ramps
- Communicate technical findings and mitigation strategies to customers and executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and thermal engineering
- Deep expertise in Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), fluid mechanics, and heat transfer
- Strong understanding of AI/HPC platforms and data center cooling infrastructure
- Proven track record in failure analysis and reliability engineering
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or NX
- Willingness to travel for customer and factory support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with coolant chemistry, corrosion control, and filtration
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and OCP liquid cooling standards
- Experience with CFD/FEA modeling and laboratory validation
- Background in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
