Mechanical Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end planning, construction, and turnover phases of the project
• Collaborate with Site Managers and project teams to manage the project schedule
• Coordinate outside services and monitor the flow of parts to and from service providers and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports, including the “S” curve, Earned Value, and histograms
• Provide project cost estimates, cost analysis, and maintain the master schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and construction scheduling experience using Prometheus software
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and relevant software (MS Projects, Primavera P6)
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in an industrial role
• Post-secondary degree in a related technical field or equivalent training and experience
• Up-to-date safety certifications (H2S Alive and CSTS 2020)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organizational skills
