About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify contractor unit-price measurements against IFC drawings and piping isometrics
- Review and validate as-built remeasurements
- Prepare bi-weekly status reports regarding pre and as-built measurements
- Expedite measurement submissions from contractors
- Maintain an auditable filing system for all measurement records
- Review progress payment certificates and check valuation of extra works
- Support contractor claim analysis and contract revisions
- Monitor subcontract correspondence and escalate key issues
- Participate in weekly subcontract meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Support monthly subcontract reporting updates
Requirements
- Engineering or technical degree
- Proven experience in quantity surveying for industrial plant works
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and an integrated-team mindset
- Fluent written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus)
- Eligibility to work in Belgium
