Mechanical Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished goods
• Execute metal forming, fabrication, and mechanical assembly manufacturing process audits
• Document material non-conformances and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve design for manufacturing
• Assist in the execution of the tool calibration program

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in metal fabrication manufacturing or quality inspection
• Knowledge of materials used in metal components and structure fabrication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in modular building construction, standalone metal structures, or electrical enclosures
• Knowledge of scheduling software
