Mechanical Quality Control Supervisor (HVAC)

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical inspection activities and ensure the implementation of Quality Control Plans for HVAC works.
• Check Quality Control Plans with reference to mechanical activities and verify the adequacy of equipment and instrumentation.
• Verify that materials and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, and traceable.
• Support the evaluation of inspection personnel qualifications and verify work procedures, including special processes.
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports, and verify the collection of required Quality Records.
• Ensure tests and inspections are carried out according to Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and manage the collection of documentation for mechanical completion.
• Oversee subcontracted activities to ensure correct implementation of approved Quality Control Plans.
• Manage the collection and retrieval of documents for the final As-Built dossier and the Quality works dossier.
• Verify that the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management process is effective.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven exposure to HVAC works within Living Quarters or Building environments.
• Experience in mechanical inspection supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
