Mechanical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical engineering scope for urban development projects including HVAC, ventilation, fire protection, and plumbing systems
• Review mechanical designs for compliance with Philippine Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Codes, as well as local regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, electrical/civil teams, and contractors
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and testing & commissioning plans
• Conduct technical inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
• Manage mechanical-related risks, non-conformances, and value engineering initiatives
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems
• Prepare technical reports and present progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8–12 years of mechanical project experience
• Proven exposure to urban development, high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
