Responsibilities

• Perform technical pre-studies to evaluate project feasibility and cost
• Propose technical solutions in committees to validate the best proposals
• Design plans for mechanical parts and sub-assemblies using CAD
• Create mechanical assembly nomenclatures in the ERP
• Support mechanical assembly of prototypes and provide technical assistance
• Consult suppliers for tool manufacturing outsourcing
• Participate in drafting test protocols and qualification plans
• Provide technical support during prototype validation tests
• Contribute to continuous improvement for tooling optimization
• Manage workload planning and track deliverables (Quality, Cost, Delay)
• Lead a transverse team of 4 people

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA)
• Expertise in 3D modeling and technical drawing with functional dimensioning
• Knowledge of product development methodologies (APQP, AMDEC, Six Sigma)
• Experience using ERP and PLM (3D Experience)
• Knowledge of 3D printing methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Machine Directive 2006/42/CE
