Mechanical Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production technicians
• Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and workload distribution
• Oversee the assembly, integration, and testing of UAVs and related components
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products
• Maintain accurate production records, including work orders and inventory logs
• Generate production performance metrics and prepare reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in aerospace or unmanned systems
• Experience with quality control and ERP systems
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising production teams
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued
