Mechanical Post-Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deburr high-precision mechanical components to ensure clean edges and surfaces
• Operate simple machines for grinding, honing, and lapping in fine mechanics
• Perform visual inspections and quality control on processed workpieces
• Execute post-processing and fine finishing of metal parts according to specifications
• Select appropriate measuring and testing tools for intermediate and final inspections
• Identify defects in assemblies, such as tolerance deviations or incorrect parts, and resolve them through replacement or readjustment
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and care of machines and work equipment

Requirements

• Vocational training in dental technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking, or a similar field
• Practical experience in lapping, deburring, and mechanical processing
• Excellent fine motor skills
• Proficiency in SAP-R3 and MS Office
• Very high awareness of quality standards
• Very good German and good English language skills
