Mechanical Piping and Hydraulic Testing Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect the assembly of piping circuits, equipment, welding, supports, and alignment
• Verify compliance with project plans, documentation, client specifications, and regulations
• Check component and material traceability
• Interpret isometric drawings and P&ID
• Report deficiencies in piping circuits and non-conformities
• Supervise hydraulic, pneumatic, or pressure tests
• Prepare and validate test reports including results, pressures, times, and observations
• Visually inspect for leaks, deformations, or failures in joints, connections, or welds
• Coordinate with quality control, production, and mechanical supervisors

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Training in welding inspection, piping systems, or similar
• At least 1 year of experience in piping assembly or inspection
• Driver's license
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
