Mechanical Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor process performance and quality output to ensure standards are met
• Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to production schedules
• Report equipment faults, production issues, and any deviations to management
• Support the team in achieving daily production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures
• Participate in shift work and overtime as required

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work strictly to operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a structured manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
• Previous experience working in a shift-based role
