Mechanical Multiskilled Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain facility systems under general supervision
• Review service requests to determine the nature of problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate work with outside contractors and oversee subcontractor activities
• Ensure all work meets code and building standards
• Document specific needs including materials, supplies, and instructions
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and use required PPE
• Assist with the movement of furniture, materials, and equipment as required

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in the area of specialization or a combination of education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work at heights using aerial or scissor lifts (up to 30 feet or higher)
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs frequently throughout a shift
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience rebuilding pumps and motors
• Knowledge of electrical circuitry
