Mechanical Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for large-scale construction projects
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design
• Manage a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and inspectors
• Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems
• Ensure all MEP works are completed within the set timeline and budget
• Resolve technical issues or delays that may affect the project schedule
• Provide on-site technical advice and problem-solving
• Prepare project updates and reports for management
• Participate in project meetings and client discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in building projects, such as villas, residential towers, or commercial buildings

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership of a recognized professional institution
• LEED GA or AP certification
