About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high, medium, and low complexity corrective maintenance services and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including equipment inspections using thermographic analysis, vibration analysis, and oil viscosity checks.
- Utilize machine tools to develop and manufacture components for equipment use.
- Manage lubrication plans and develop Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).
- Participate in continuous improvement groups to reduce chronic losses such as breakdowns and small stops.
- Monitor and interpret maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards and participate in internal audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma and a Technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including machine synchronization, gearboxes, and material resistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of WCM/TPM methodologies (UMS).
- Availability to work in shifts.
