Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute high, medium, and low complexity corrective maintenance services and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including equipment inspections using thermographic analysis, vibration analysis, and oil viscosity checks.
• Utilize machine tools to develop and manufacture components for equipment use.
• Manage lubrication plans and develop Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).
• Participate in continuous improvement groups to reduce chronic losses such as breakdowns and small stops.
• Monitor and interpret maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards and participate in internal audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma and a Technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including machine synchronization, gearboxes, and material resistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of WCM/TPM methodologies (UMS).
• Availability to work in shifts.
