About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform high, medium, and low complexity corrective maintenance and analyze root causes of component failures to prevent recurrence.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functioning in the PackingHall and Homeland areas.
- Conduct equipment inspections using thermographic analysis, vibration analysis, and oil viscosity testing to identify wear and weak points.
- Utilize machine tools to develop and manufacture components for machinery.
- Develop and update lubrication plans and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).
- Participate in continuous improvement groups to reduce chronic losses such as breakdowns and small stops.
- Monitor and interpret maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to generate corrective actions.
- Ensure all activities comply with engineering standards, SHEQ policies, and safety regulations (NRs).
Requirements
- High school diploma and a Technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including machine synchronization, gearboxes, and material resistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of WCM/TPM methodologies.
- Availability to work in shifts.
