Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements for industrial installations within an assigned zone.
• Act as the mechanical and piping correspondence for manufacturing, managing interventions and site planning.
• Perform fault diagnostics and plan necessary maintenance interventions.
• Organize and coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
• Monitor and improve preventive maintenance programs, including critical stations and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documentation using SAP and other systems.
• Propose improvements to increase equipment reliability and availability while reducing maintenance costs.
• Participate in technical shutdowns, investment projects, and continuous improvement programs (5S, Six Sigma, etc.).

Requirements

• BAC + 2 degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP-PM is preferred.
• High level of autonomy, versatility, and rigor.
• Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
