About the role

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC machinery, cooling systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, conveyors, and overhead cranes
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections including lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and alignments
  • Execute preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on facility systems such as chillers, boilers, pumps, and air handlers
  • Utilize CMMS to schedule and perform maintenance on process and production equipment
  • Safely operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, and aerial lifts
  • Follow strict safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of required PPE
  • Perform welding, fabrication, plumbing, and hydraulic hose repairs as needed
  • Use various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments to ensure equipment performance and energy efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of maintenance experience in Industrial HVAC, Industrial Mechanical Machine Repair, or Automotive Repair
  • Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights of 30 feet or higher
  • Strong electrical skill set, including experience with control systems and 480V systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or trade school certification in Industrial Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial vacuum systems and RO/DI water systems
  • Advanced PLC experience (e.g., Allen Bradley, PLC-5, 500, or RS-5000)
  • Experience working in a CMMS environment
  • Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and precision calibration tool usage
  • Experience with vibration data collection or ultrasound testing for predictive maintenance
