Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, and troubleshoot processing and auxiliary equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
• Use Maximo to recommend maintenance intervals based on repair data
• Dismantle machinery and remove or replace defective parts
• Conduct valid leak checks and follow all work instructions and safety protocols
• Manage purchase requisitions for needed spare parts
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with regulations
• Organize and sort information using available computer software

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and work order management
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to work in non-conditioned environments for extended periods
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in millwright or general maintenance roles
• Certifications in small crane operations or strong mechanical skills
• Ability to perform component rebuilds and calibrations
