Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and reliability of mechanical equipment and industrial machinery.
• Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and internal procedures.
• Plan daily maintenance activities, including human resources, tools, spare parts, and materials.
• Execute and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and bearing systems.
• Manage the full maintenance cycle in SAP, including work orders, DMS, and inventory management.
• Analyze failure indicators (Pareto) and implement action plans to improve reliability.
• Supervise technical work performed by third-party contractors.

Requirements

• FP2 vocational training with a mechanical specialty.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in continuous process environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and digital management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Analytical capacity for precise fault diagnosis.
• Proven ability to organize and develop technical teams.

• Previous experience within the cement industry.
